“Miss Albinism”
“Miss Albinism” Being an albino in Africa means being a “white crow” and the subject of constant ridicule. Even worse, among many locals, there is still a superstition that people with insufficient melanin production can bring luck if a witch doctor brews a potion from parts of their bodies. Such barbaric beliefs have led to the near-extinction of albinos in Africa. This competition aims to show that albinos can be beautiful and successful too.
