They got engaged in August 2021 and tied the knot in June 2022 in New Orleans at the historic jazz venue Preservation Hall. The bride walked down the aisle in a pleated floor-length dress by Danielle Frankel. After the ceremony, Daddario and Form hosted a reception at Marilou bar, featuring cheeseburgers, Tarot card readings, and dancing into the night.
